Tickets can only be purchased online within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

It is however possible to use the ticket to access the Museum on another date, no later than 31 December of the year of issue.

To take advantage of the special conditions provided for in the agreements in force with our partners, it is necessary to purchase the ticket exclusively from our ticket office at the museum.

The invoice can only be requested at the time of booking by filling in the appropriate fields in the check-out form.
